OUR HISTORY
While just in our infancy as a company, Eight Fourteen Properties L.P has been a dream a long time in the making. Our founders Justin and Keri Rasberry have long dreamed of creating a family real estate business committed to delivering exceptional value with superior quality. It was this dream along with an entrepreneurial spirit that led to the creation of Eight 14. Prior to forming this business Justin founded and led two successful technology companies while Keri, a R.N., has been a stay at home mom. Over the years the two have actively renovated multiple properties and developed a passion and acumen for Real Estate.
